What are credits?

Do credits have an expiration date?

Credits are valid indefinitely and have no expiration date. Once you purchase credits, they will remain in your account until you use them.

How do I check my credit balance?

After logging in, you can view your current credit balance in your personal center or in the user information area at the top of the page. The system will automatically update your balance after each feature use.

What happens if I don't have enough credits?

When your credit balance is insufficient to pay for a feature, the system will prompt you to top up. You can choose to purchase any plan to increase your credit balance.

Can I get a refund?

Once the purchase is complete, credits are non-refundable. Please confirm your needs and plan content before purchasing. If there are special circumstances, please contact the customer service team.

How is longer audio or video billed?

For longer audio or video, we use a billing method of base fee plus overtime fee. For example, the track separation feature charges 30 credits for files within 3 minutes, and an additional 15 credits for each additional minute exceeding 3 minutes.

Will processing failures consume credits?

If processing fails due to system reasons, we will not deduct your credits.
